My child isn't independent yet, will this still work?
Yes. Many students come in needing guidance. The system is designed to help them grow into independence, step by step, with tools like the dashboard, session reflections, and knowledge vaults to support that journey.
Isn't this just online tuition? What's different?
Not quite. This isn't fixed-schedule tutoring, it's on-demand mentorship. Sessions can cover anything from academic topics to study planning, mindset, or school-related decisions. It's built to support real learning, not just drill exercise.
What if my child don't finish all the hours in time?
All consultation hours expire the end of the usage period. However if you renew your plan before it ends, up to 2 hours can be carried over to the new package. This encourages pacing without punishing slower usage.
What happens after payment?
Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email prompt to guide you to make a compulsory 30-min pre-consultation. We will set expectations and walk you through the setup process. You will be able to make your first mentorship booking after the pre-consultation
