What if my child don't finish all the hours in time?
All consultation hours expire after 6 months. However if you renew your plan before it ends, up to 2 hours can be carried over to the new package. This encourages pacing without punishing slower usage.
What happens after payment?
Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email prompt to guide you to make a compulsory first initiation consultation. The personalized learning dashboard will be set up during the initiation consultation itself.
